To obtain a copy of the entry form necessary to enter the March 13-14 event, hit the Icon below. This will enable you to print a copy by hitting the print button on the window toolbar.

NOTE: If you are using Netscape Navigator be sure after the window pops up that contains the form, to hit the print preview on the toolbar. Failure to do so will make the form not load properly. This is a glitch with Netscape Navigator. All pages should be full of text from top to bottom. The last line on this form should be a blank to fill in the date. If you get a message that says no pages to print, or see a blank document, or see a document that is only half the page, simply hit close on the print preview window tool bar and then hit print preview again. Remember the last line on this document should be a blank to fill in the date.Thank you!
